The Initial Visit

Every individual undergoes a comprehensive case history and a detailed examination to determine the etiology of the condition and the best course of treatment.  The history allows us to learn more about your current condition, any former injuries, and your past medical history.  Examinations include, when necessary, orthopedic testing, neurological evaluation, biomechanics assessment, flexibility measurements, strength testing, determination of provocative movements, and further evaluation techniques.  Following the health history and examination, your chiropractic physician will review his/her findings with you, discuss your treatment options, and ensure you have a thorough understanding of your condition.

Your first appointment will be about an hour and follow up visits average 15 to 30 minutes depending on the necessary treatment.  Please wear loose fitting clothing to your appointment.  Shorts and sports bra/tank top are recommended for the first visit and follow-up treatments.
